Each product is completely nickel free.

The jewels are delivered in their original packaging and accompanied by a guarantee.

You can purchase using credit, debit or prepaid cards, or via PayPal account.

The cards accepted are: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, PostePay.

It is possible to purchase with installment payments with Scalapay.

The amount will be charged at the time of order confirmation. If you use a prepaid or disposable card, remember to keep it after the purchase because you may need it for a possible refund. The Milady Gioielli online shop shows prices including VAT.

The user must choose the payment method at the time of checkout, in the section of the Site; for each payment, and with the shipment of the goods, the Owner will issue a "fee" or an invoice in the case of the User being a company or if it is a private individual; in the case in which it is requested by the User; these documents will be forwarded via email to the User at the time of issue; no changes to the tax data can be made after the invoice has been issued.

As regards payment by credit card and Paypal, the amount will be charged to the User's account when clicking on the "buy now" button; the credit card details will be requested at the time of payment and via a protected connection which no user will be able to access; payment by credit card will be made via the online payment system and the User will guarantee to be enabled to use the credit card or his/her PayPal account to pay for the order.

The prices of the Products indicated on the Site include VAT and are expressed in Euros.

The price charged to the Buyer is exactly that stated on the Order Confirmation, which is sent via email by Milady Gioielli immediately after the order has been placed.

This price includes packaging and shipping costs (shipments to Italy).

The costs attributable to the shipment of products outside of Italy are quantified based on the country of destination at the time of the order.

Milady Gioielli reserves the right to change the prices published on the Site at any time. In all cases, the price of the Products, subject to availability, will always be charged based on the rate indicated on the Site at the time of registration and forwarding of the order, except in the case of errors in the price of the Products: in these cases Milady Gioielli will promptly inform the Buyer, who following such communication will be given the option to reconfirm his/her order at the correct amount or otherwise cancel it with relative and complete refund.

We ship our jewelry worldwide.

Shipments are made via DHL or SDA courier. The courier does not allow delivery to PO Boxes and Post Office Respite.

Shipping costs are:

• Italy: free;
• Europe: €9.00;
• Rest of the world: €25.00.

Delivery takes place within 1-3 working days from the date of order. For Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia delivery may require an additional day.

The terms include only working days and do not include holidays. All delivery times are indicative, any delays due to the carrier in charge or third parties are not attributable to us.

When your order is shipped, you will be sent an email containing a tracking link to check the path of your package from the courier's pick-up to its actual delivery to the address you indicated.

Within 24 hours

The User may withdraw from the Contract without providing any reason and without penalty within 14 days of receiving the Products, returning the goods in the condition in which they were received.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by written communication sent to Milady Gioielli di Daniele Turella via email to the address ellemdi2019@gmail.com, within and no later than the aforementioned period of 14 days.

The Owner will refund the cost of the goods, with a deduction of €5 corresponding to the service cost, as quickly as possible, and in any case no later than thirty days from the date on which he was informed of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal; the refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, the refund may be suspended until receipt of the Product; the User must return the Product within 14 days from the day on which he communicated the withdrawal from the Contract; the costs of the return and the responsibility for the Product will be borne by the User.

The User will also be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from manipulation of the goods.
